Introductions

FMC Financial Services, Inc. (FMC) serves both banks and small business owners. Each is benefited mutually by growing together. Small businesses account for over 55% of the GNP and exert a powerful impact on the local economy. Without the support of local banks, small businesses would not have sufficient capital for growth.

In recognition of this vital relationship between banks and small businesses, FMC began in 1978 to provide them both with services to facilitate and assure a successful relationship.

Primary benefits of FMC’s banking services are:

Increasing profitability with less credit risk
The most profitable way to grow a small business loan portfolio is to provide a government based lending program. It is also the best way to meet the capital needs of a small business. The government agency provides a loan guarantee to the bank thereby permitting extension of credit on more favorable terms. The government guarantee does not count against the bank’s loan limit, and can be sold in the secondary market for substantial fee income. An example of the financial impact for the bank is revealed in the Revenue Production Reports, for actual transactions contained in this presentation. FMC provides a full range of support and expertise, to assure proper implementation and maintenance of these programs

Originating new loan clients
Our clients seek professional banking relationships at all times. FMC originates many small business loans that need financing, as well as an array of services provided by the bank.

Increasing visibility within the business community
One of the major reasons that businesses fail is because of a lack of business knowledge. FMC provides a variety of educational programs, including small business development presentations and workshops, and the FMC School of Business for Business Owners. Banks may offer these to the small business community, as value added services, to demonstrate their commitment to the success of their present, and potential, clients.

FMC’s senior management has a combined experience of 177 years, to assure that the proper expertise is in place to meet any situation.

I welcome the opportunity to further discuss how FMC can assist your bank.
