FMC School of Business for Business Owners: FMC Financial Services, Inc. employs a distinctive teaching method developed from years of practical experience and problem solving. Three semesters are offered, and a background in accounting and finance is not required. Exit Planning Put simply, Exit Planning is about leaving your business on your own terms. It is one of the most essential parts of your overall Business Plan, and ensures you will receive the maximum financial return for your business and minimize you tax liability. Eventually every business owner will exit their business even if it is “feet first”. The subjects presented do not require the attendee to have a background in accounting or finance. FMC uses a unique teaching method, developed from over 26 years of practical experience in financing and problem solving for businesses. The education provided is not theoretical but down-to-earth, and essential to becoming a successful entrepreneur.

Registration and tuition is paid one week in advance of the commencement date of each course. Tuition is not refundable unless there are circumstances beyond the attendee’s control that would prevent him or her from completing the Class. In such case, the amount paid will be prorated over the sections actually attended, and the balance refunded. The investment for each Section for an individual business owner is $832, or a corporate rate can be purchased for $1,298 which includes up to three attendees. Although it is recommended that attendees complete all three Sections to receive the full educational benefits offered, attendees may elect to purchase only one or two
Sections which best addressed their immediate needs.

Each section will begin promptly at 5.30 PM, and be completed by 7.30 PM. Registered attendees should arrive fifteen minutes before start time. Course materials are provided.
